S4YC Childcare
S4YC Childcare required a modern website to replace their outdated platform. A key feature of the new build was an interactive location map, allowing users to easily find nearby childcare venues. With a large number of centres to manage, the website also needed seamless integration with dynamic data, presenting information in a way that was simple for staff to maintain while remaining clear and accessible for parents, guardians, and governing bodies.
Custom Google Map API integration and function
We developed a fully customised Google Maps integration, allowing users to quickly locate childcare venues, view key information, and navigate seamlessly between locations and dedicated centre pages.
Dynamic content loading and listing population
Built on a scalable content structure, venue information is managed from a central location and dynamically populated throughout the website, making updates simple and consistent across hundreds of listings.
Brand aligned web design and custom theme
Working closely with the S4YC team, we created a bespoke website that reflects their brand identity while prioritising usability, accessibility, and a clear user journey for parents and stakeholders.

Specifications
We met S4YC’s requirements by building the website on a scalable foundation using custom post types and fields to manage venues, listings, and content. This allowed key information – including locations, contact details, Ofsted reports, booking links, images, and videos, to be dynamically managed and consistently displayed across the site.
Working closely with the S4YC team, we incorporated their branding into a design that balanced visual appeal with usability. The result is a user-friendly platform where parents, schools, governing bodies, and the wider public can easily search for venues, explore an interactive map, and access important information. Combined with intuitive navigation and structured content, the website makes finding relevant information quick and straightforward.
